Participants can write their queries to the faculty online during and for 52 weeks from Registration after the program. They can resolve their queries, issues and ideas on the discussion board. Web board will be created for free discussion.

Eligibility
The applicant must be a CEO or Exe. Director or Director or SBU head of the organization. He must have sufficient work exposure and learning related to human management and development of systems in the organization.
Pre Requisite
Commitment of participants for learning and implementation.
Commitment of 4 weeks time (on site and off site) over 52 weeks.
Laptop, with online connectivity, during programs.
Secretary for two days in module 3 & 4 during the program for the applicability of workshop.
Fees
The program fee is Rs. 121000/- + Service Tax.
Multiple nomination fee (2 or more from one organization) Rs. 1,11,000/ per participant.
Pay order shall be paid in favour of Knowledge Inc. Ahmedabad.
(This will cover expenses for registration, study material, assignments and exercises, online discussions, workshop certification and Meals).
This is a Non residential workshop. However, we can facilitate the accommodation on chargeable basis.
